The won ton originated in Northern China as a meat filled bun, but has later developed into the delicacies that are enjoyed in many different ways today. Whether boiled and added to a light soup, or deep fried for a crunchy experience, the won ton is always delicious. 

Today, the won ton has many different fillings and flavors.

Cooking Instructions for Boiled Won Tons:

  1. Take the frozen Won Tons and boil in water for 8 minutes.
  2. Add your flavors to enjoy!

Serving suggestions:

  • For soups, we recommend using a light chicken broth with Asian greens for the authentic experience. Those looking for some spice can add some white pepper powder. A bit more kick can be found by adding some chili oil.
  • If eaten alone, we recommend adding some chili oil to add to the spice.

Cooking Instructions for deep fried Won Tons:

  1. Defrost the Won Tons in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Deep fry the Won Tons on a medium heat hot oil until crispy and golden. 

Serving Suggestions:

  • Enjoy immediately while hot!
  • Optional sweet chili dipping sauce.
